The partners of Wilder Coe have the combined experience of over 55 years as accountants exposed to a wide range of different types of business and financial situations. This in depth experience enables us to recognise and understand most business problems and provide constructive and practical advice and solutions.

We are frequently involved with clients in financial planning meetings and with them, prepare budgets and cash flow forecasts for their and their banker's use. We discuss business plans and start up proposals with clients and provide a detailed review of viability and of the related taxation implications.

This service then frequently leads on to our regular management accounting to provide the means to monitor and evaluate performance keeping a close eye on business opportunities or threats.

With more mature or sophisticated businesses we advise Directors on a regular basis and frequently introduce monitoring tools such as SWOT and Business Risk analysis to them.

We have developed close working relationships with other business and professional advisers in the area and nationally, including banks, solicitors and investment advisers.
